Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at shop.serava@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at shop.serava@gmail.com with photos of the product and order details.
Non-Returnable Items

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
